Logicfox warrants the Chair in its original packaging sold to you against the defects in material and workmanship set forth below (“Defects”) for a period of 3 years from the time your Chair is purchased by you, when the Chair is used normally for its intended purposes in the home that is structurally capable of supporting user.

What’s Not Covered by The Warranty

● Damage caused by any non-standard office activities;

● Discoloration of materials caused by stains, soiling, inks, or dyes;

● Surface color changes or discolorations caused by light/sunlight exposure, heat exposure or aging;

● Failure resulting from normal wear and tear;

● Textile pilling;

● Natural wood grain variations;

● Damage caused by writing instruments or sharp objects;

● Damage caused by loading furniture above its weight capacity;

● Damage caused by improper installation, except where installation was completed by Logixfox or a Logicfox authorized installation partner;

● Items that have been exposed to non-office environments (e.g. warehouse or outdoor exposure).

Logicfox will gladly pay for free ground shipping for every order via FedEx, UPS, USPS or Amazon shipping depending on the order. Every item shipped out of our warehouse is fully insured by FedEx, UPS or USPS.

Due to shipping restrictions, we do not deliver to Alaska, Hawaii and PO Boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. If you are in these areas, please contact us at support@logicfox.net before ordering. The products presented are available for purchase in the United States only. In-stock orders typically ship the next business day.

Return: If you are not satisfied with the product, you could return it within 30 days and get your money back within 100 days of acceptance of the product(s). To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Damages and issues: If any parts are lost, damaged or worn, you could return it and get your money back within 100 days of acceptance of the product(s). You don’ t need to pay the return shipping.
